Rollbar

Rollbar (opens in a new tab) is an error monitoring and debugging platform for software developers and engineering teams.

In order to integrate with Rollbar, you'll need to collect the following information:

Name Description
Domain* Your Rollbar URL
Read access token* An account access token with read permissions. Follow Rollbar's docs to manage your access tokens (opens in a new tab)
Write access token* An account access token with write permissions. Follow Rollbar's docs to manage your access tokens (opens in a new tab)
Page limit* The maximum number of pages to return from Rollbar's instances endpoint (default: 100).

Integrating with Rollbar Permalink for this section

To integrate an existing system with Rollbar:

  1. Navigate to Data map → View Systems and choose the system that you want to connect.
  2. Click on the Integrations tab.
  3. Pick the vendor or system type that you want to integrate with from the Connection type drop-down menu.
  4. Complete the required fields for the integration and click Save.

You may confirm your connection is working using the Test connection button, if desired.

Fides utilizes API endpoints to access the API service for a SaaS application. An API service is the programmatic interface through which Fides can query and update data within an application to access, rectify, or delete personal information. Each SaaS tool will have a unique set of endpoints to enable privacy functions.

Privacy function Endpoint Description
Access Requests Projects (opens in a new tab) Used to query the list of projects.
Access Requests Project Access Tokens (opens in a new tab) Used to return project access tokens for automating the processing of privacy requests
Access Requests Occurrences (opens in a new tab) Returns events (occurences) in the project associated with a data subject
Update or Erasure Requests People (opens in a new tab) Used to remove information about a data subject across all projects in an account
