# Exporting as PDF

Once your assessment answers are complete, you can export the assessment as a PDF suitable for sharing with regulators, data processors, or for signing.

The exported PDF presents a clean question-and-answer format:

- All questions and their current answers
- Formatted for readability by external parties

Use the PDF when submitting a DPIA to a supervisory authority, sharing with a data processor or joint controller, or distributing to stakeholders.

From the assessment detail page, click **Generate report** in the top-right corner. The button is enabled only when the assessment has at least one completed question group.

The **Generate report** button is disabled while the assessment is still in progress with no completed groups. Complete at least one question group to enable it.
