_Detect and classify global data risks with comprehensive visualization for data mapping and reporting for modern Enterprise._

- **Beta**: Added consent status tracking for website monitor assets and vendors, enabling compliance monitoring for discovered resources when consent has been revoked or not granted.
- Added configurable sharded table pattern for discovery monitors to skip processing of sharded tables, improving performance and reducing noise in detection workflows.
- Fixed the Data detection and Data discovery menu items so they are only visible to users with the appropriate permissions to access these features.

- Implemented consistent `served_notice_history_id` values across within a single session, improving analytics correlation between "notices served" and "privacy preferences" records for accurate consent conversion rate reporting.
- Added new FidesJS TCF override functionality to open TCF layer 2 to specific tabs (`/tcf/purposes`, `/tcf/features`, `/tcf/vendors`), enabling targeted navigation for custom implementations.
- Enhanced GPP implementation to strictly respect notice and experience configurations regarding location and section mapping, ensuring consistent behavior when US states use National sections.
- Fixed FidesJS modal scrolling issues on tablet devices and very short screens.

- Added new 'Internal Respondent' user role with restricted access to only complete assigned manual tasks, providing secure limited access for internal team members.
- Updated viewer user permissions to allow viewing and completing assigned manual tasks, resolving access restrictions for task-assigned users.
- Improved attachment handling to distinguish between internal attachments and attachments designated for data subjects.
- Privacy request activity logs now include detailed manual task completion information, including comments and attached files for comprehensive audit trails.
- Updated Jira integration to search for identity mentions in user-generated content, expanding data discovery capabilities.
- Added new Algolia integration supporting both access and erasure requests.

### Fides core  
- Enhanced beta feature flags to persist across user login sessions for improved user experience consistency.
- Fixed taxonomy search behavior to include both label and value text in search results.
