- **Enhanced Error Reporting**: Improved logging of underlying errors when database query exceptions occur, making it easier to diagnose and resolve database connectivity issues.
- **Performance Optimization**: Refactor to support bulk operations for multiple staged resources simultaneously, significantly improving performance when processing large numbers of data discovery results.
- **Fixed Monitor Keys**: Updated `MonitorConfig.key` values to replace `.` characters with `_` and updated all system references, preventing an error that occurred when monitor keys included these characters. _Note: This includes a database migration. This update can result in breaking changes to APIs that reference the affected monitors and their results._
- **Database Connection Improvements**: Standardized database engine configuration and made the `pool_pre_ping` option configurable across all engines (defaulting to enabled), improving database connection reliability and reducing connection timeout issues.
- **Classification Task Enhancement**: Improved session management during data classification tasks, providing more stable and reliable classification processing.

- **Enhanced Manual Task Processing**: Manual Task Graph Tasks now receive data from nodes referenced by their conditional dependencies, enabling more sophisticated task creation in future releases.
- **Environment Variable Updates**: Added a new environment variable (`FIDES__PRIVACY_CENTER_URL`) to Fides which is used to specify the URL of the privacy center. The URL is included in emails to external users so they can access the manual task portal.
- **Improved Request Monitoring**: Added a log entry in the request details Activity log when DSR requests enter awaiting_email_send status, providing better visibility into request processing stages for administrators.
- **Enhanced Data Extraction**: Improved data extraction for object fields to return complete data structures instead of empty containers when no nested fields are specified.
- **Mobile-Friendly UI**: Enhanced privacy request detail interface for better usability on smaller screens.
- **Improved Manual Task Management**: Enhanced user interface for manual task configuration and manual tasks table, making it easier for privacy teams to create and assign manual tasks.
- **UI Fixes**: Fixed link functionality in the Manage Secure Access modal.
- **Storage Configuration Optimization**: Updated DSR Comments to only require storage configuration when users are uploading attachments, simplifying the workflow for local testing of Fides without a storage configuration.
